Message	Ah...you'll notice if you ever tear your heads down for any reason one day that the ARP washers are embedded into the area thats spot faced for where the OE washer goes. That OE washer not only applies better clamping force but also protects the spot face where the washer sits so it doesn't get damaged. Same principle for a spring seat locator.
